OneZapp is a fintech product of E-Processing Systems Private Limited (EPS), a Lahore-based technology company that also operates OneLoad, a widely used digital retail payment network. OneZapp was founded in 2021 by Aezaz Hussain, the Founder and Chairman of Systems Limited, one of Pakistan’s leading technology companies, along with Muhammad Hiraj, who serves as CEO. The platform is headquartered in Lahore, Punjab.

History of OneZapp Logo

OneZapp initially operated under a Pilot Operations Approval from the State Bank of Pakistan under the Electronic Money Institution (EMI) Regulations, allowing the platform to test and refine its services in a controlled environment. In November 2024, E-Processing Systems secured the EMI commercial licence from the State Bank of Pakistan, a significant regulatory milestone that officially authorized OneZapp to operate as a fully licensed electronic money institution. This milestone positioned EPS to formally address financial exclusion across Pakistan’s rural and urban underserved communities.

Products & Services

OneZapp provides a digital wallet and payment platform targeting three distinct customer types: individual consumers, agents, and merchants. For individuals, it offers IBFT funds transfers, bill payments, mobile top-ups, e-commerce payments, and debit card transactions. For agents, it enables cash-in and cash-out services, extending the platform’s reach into communities without bank branch access. For merchants, it provides digital payment acceptance infrastructure. The platform operates on Android and has integrated with NRSP Microfinance Bank, enabling seamless fund transfers between its wallet and the bank. OneZapp has also joined the 1LINK network, enabling bill payments, interbank transfers, and ATM routing.
